These Terms govern your use of Tallyn, operated by Next App Factory LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
By downloading or using Tallyn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Tallyn is provided for personal and professional counting use. You are responsible for how you use the counts it produces; the app is a convenience and its results should be verified where accuracy is critical.
Every feature of Tallyn is free. An optional Tallyn Pro subscription removes ads and is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, subject to their terms and refund policies.
The free version of Tallyn displays ads, but never while you are actively counting. Ads are served by third parties such as Google AdMob and are subject to their terms.
Your counters and history are stored on your device and, where enabled, synced through your own Apple iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining your device and backups.
The Tallyn name, app, code and design are the property of Next App Factory LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next App Factory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tallyn, including any reliance on counts it records.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
